Bollywood fashionista Sonam Kapoor is hitting headlines for quite some time now and all thanks to her starry wedding and dreamy Cannes appearances. The actress who recently got hitched to her long-term beau Anand Ahuja flaunted henna on her hands like a queen at Cannes red carpet.
Interestingly, we stumbled upon a throwback picture of Sonam in which the teenaged actress is applying mehendi on her hands. The photo is from the mehendi ceremony of her uncle Sanjay Kapoor's wedding. With innocence in her eyes, Sonam looked pretty. Dressed in a shimmery outfit with jewellery, the actress looks adorable.

Sonam recently returned to Mumbai after slaying at the Cannes red carpet. After killing with her looks on Day 1 in Ralph and Russo creation, the gorgeous actress opted for Vera Wang gown on Day 2.
Sonam's husband Anand Ahuja also shared her red carpet picture in his Instagram story and wrote: ''#ProudHusband, #Inspired''. Sonam recently faced backlash on social media for changing her name to Sonam K Ahuja. The lady, however, remained undeterred and said it was her choice to take husband's surname. The actress said that the whole idea of feminism is to have equal opportunities and freedom to do anything. Now, Anand has also changed his name to Anand S Ahuja. Isn't that too cute?
Sonam and Anand have been dating each other for over two years. Though the couple remained tight-lipped on their relationship, their pictures on social media spoke a thousand words about their love. After months of speculations, Ahuja and Kapoor family finally released a joint statement on May 1 confirming the wedding.
