While couples were celebrating Valentine’s Day with fancy dinners and outings, Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh had different kind of plans for their day. The couple joined their parents Prakash Padukone and Ujjala at the Sportstar Aces Awards where the renowned badminton player was felicitated with Lifetime Achievement Award. Ranveer Singh accompanied his wife Deepika to cheer for his father-in-law Prakash Padukone. All four of them posed for a family picture together.

Deepika Padukone was dressed in an orange ruffle gown with her hair tied in a bun. Ranveer Singh wore striped suit in navy blue, complimenting his wife. The actor kept low profile at the event and supported his father-in-law. He was seen planting a peck on Mr Padukone’s cheek when they were on the stage to receive the honour.

Later, the family zoomed off to a plush eatery to enjoy dinner together.

On Thursday, Deepika Padukone shared a series of pictures on her Instagram. Being his usual self, Ranveer Singh dropped romantic comments on his wife’s pictures. He wrote, “Tasty Fingers” on one of the pictures and “Phurr” on another.

Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh’s Instagram PDA has been going on for a while. The duo never shied away from dropping mushy comments on each other’s Instagram post even before the marriage.

On the work front, Deepika Padukone will start working on her next project Chhapaak, while Ranveer Singh has just delivered another massive hit Gully Boy in which he played the role of a struggling street rapper Muraad.
