Stree success bash
Rajkummar Rao and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Stree has surprised everyone with the immense love it is garnering at the box office. The movie directed by debutant Amar Kaushik has minted over Rs 100 crore and the team Stree celebrated this moment with a bash. A grand party was thrown in Mumbai, which was attended by the cast and crew of the horror comedy along with many other Bollywood celebrities.
Stree is now the ninth film of 2018 which has raked in over Rs 100 crore. Previously, Padmaavat, Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, Raid, Baaghi 2, Raazi, Race 3, Sanju, and Gold made it to Rs 100 crore club. Stree also features Aparshakti Khurrana, Pankaj Tripathi and Abhishek Banerjee in pivotal roles.
Rajkummar's ladylove Patralekhaa, Taapsee Pannu, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Nushrat Bharucha, Kartik Aaryan made stylish appearances at the party. The celebrities were all smiles and posed happily for the shutterbugs.

While Rajkummar wore a quirky 'Stree' t-shirt, his girlfriend Patralekhaa wore an olive top with black bottom. Rao's upcoming movie Turram Khan co-star Nushrat Bharucha looked lovely in a mint-green short dress along with a sleeveless jacket. Shraddha Kapoor looked hot in a red number.

Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety star Kartik Aaryan looked suave in his denim on denim look. Fatima Sana Shaikh, whose motion poster look from Thugs of Hindostan has dropped today sizzled in little black dress. Taapsee Pannu, who is basking in the success of Manmarziyaan also wore LBD with silver embellishment.

Speaking at the bash, Rajkummar said he is humbled by the response the horror-comedy has received, though he never gets caught up in the number game. "I don't really think about the box office but I want my films to do well. I knew that we've made a good film. However, none of us expected the film to do so well at the box office, and that it is still running everywhere. It is definitely one of the most profitable films of the year," he added.
On a related note, Rao will next be seen in 5 Weddings alongside Nargis Fakhri and Ek Ladki Ko Dekha Toh Aisa Laga co-starring Sonam Kapoor, Anil Kapoor and Juhi Chawla, On the other hand, Shraddha is shooting for Prabhas starrer Saaho.
