Not Ranbir Kapoor, Alia Bhatt reveals real reason why she looked sad in viral pics from Brahmastra sets
Alia Bhatt seems to have a very busy year ahead of her. The diva is on top of her game and has managed to stun many with her performance on the silver screen. Alia has been with the shoot of her film Brahmastra with boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor. The couple will be sharing screen space for the very first time for the film and recent glimpses of the two on the movie's sets have been doing the rounds on social media.
During the last few weeks, the team had been shooting for the film in Mumbai. The couple shot for high-octane action sequences for the film during the schedule. In one of the photos from the film's set which surfaced on social media, Alia looked upset while Ranbir was looking into his phone.
The photo led to a lot of speculations regarding the couple's relationship and why Alia looked so sad in the said photo. Many fans also believed that all was not well between the two.
Alia recently attended the Kids’ Choice Awards, where she was asked about the photos and also the reason she looked so sad in them. To this, the diva replied, " Alia said, “No! That’s my face when I rest. It’s my resting face. I wasn’t upset at all. I am very happy and I’m a very happy person but that’s my resting face. Some people call me ‘Naani’ because of that- I am always frowning. But, I wasn’t upset at all.”
It is rumoured that the duo will tie the knot next year. When asked about her wedding plans at Lux Golden Rose Awards 2018, Alia was quick enough to say, "If people are waiting for my wedding then, they have to wait for it. I think climax should be good and there should be a happy ending to it''.
Earlier, Ranbir admitted that he is no rush to get married. ''I have always believed that marriage is something that will happen naturally. It can't be like, 'Okay, I am 35 now, so it's time to get married'. It should come to you and your partner naturally and you should both feel, 'This is the right phase. Now, we should take this relationship to the next level. But abhi aisi koi baat nai hai,'' the actor said.
