Malaika Arora's latest gym video while doing pilates will make you skip a beat!

Malaika Arora is definitely one of the fittest actresses in Bollywood. The other actresses who follow her in the race are Kareena Kapoor Khan, Jacqueline Fernandes and Disha Patani. On Wednesday, the 45-year-old actress is seen performing pilates with her Yoga instructor Namrata Purohit. In the video, she's seen wearing printed Reebok sports bra with matching Yoga pants. She has tied her hair into a bun. In her caption, Malaika wrote, "#midweekmotivation .... look Wat u made me do ....... @samsmith @namratapurohit." She has tagged American musician Sam Smith because of the song that's playing in the background and filling her with motivation. The video has clocked more than 300,000 views on Instagram in just two hours. 

Malaika Arora's sister Amrita Arora commented on the picture, "show off" while indirectly praising her perfectly toned body. Fans are also praising Malaika for being being fitness inspiration for every middle-aged woman out there. 

Malaika Arora is a fitness fanatic and is often spotted going in and out of gym everyday. She never misses her workout sessions even when she's on vacations. On her trip to Maldives with boyfriend Arjun Kapoor, the actress was seen performing Yoga in the gardens of her resort. 

Recently, Malaika Arora shared a picture of herself performing brick Yoga. She wrote, "Practicing brick yoga regularly at @thedivayoga has not only helped me improve my practice of yoga but continues to empower me to find my balance and fitness."

A while ago, Malaika Arora shared a picture of herself performing lunges with her sister Amrita Arora. BFFs Malaika, Amrita and Kareena Kapoor Khan often hit the gym together.
