Aamir Khan is not the first Bollywood celebrity to travel economy. Many stars including Malaika Arora, Ishaan Khatter, Anil Kapoor, Hrithik Roshan, Shraddha Kapoor, among others used economy to travel. It's an absolute non-issue for them to travel among the fans who love them. On top of that, those fans get lucky to click a selfie with them.

Hey Arjun, so wonderful to see you doing such great work. I really enjoyed Made in Heaven. Love, a. #Repost @arjun__mathur • • • • • • Major #throwback - the year 2005. Standing-in on mark for the ‘present day D.J.’ next to #ChandrashekharAzad for one of the past/present #VFX transition shots required for the #climax in #RangDeBasanti. #RDB was my fourth and last film as an #AssistantDirector (and the end of utility jackets for me). What an honour to have been a part of this #rebellion, this #movement. Yes, it was much more than a film. And what a grand privilege to have gotten to observe the genius and work-ethic of @_aamirkhan on not one, but two entire feature-films, even before I had started acting professionally. There’s just so much I’ve gotten to imbibe from this man.. and in case you can’t tell from my longing gaze, I’m forever #grateful for it. #Memories #MovieMagic #Journey #PartOfThePlan #AamirKhan

Aamir Khan was in Ireland for the Belfast Film Festival. He received a warm welcome from the crowd there. Speaking about it, he told a leading media, "I am really happy that I am here in Northern Ireland as I am a huge Game of Thrones fan.  I feel that the people in Northern Ireland are really warm and friendly and that’s what connects us together in so many ways. I would like to come back here and see locations as there is such magnificent scenery around the island of Ireland. I would like to film on the island of Ireland if the right kind of material comes up.”

On the work front, Aamir Khan will be next seen in Bollywood remake of Tom Hank's classic Forrest Gump. The film will be titled Lal Singh Chaddha and will be helmed by Advait Chandan of Secret Superstar fame.
