The news of troubled marital relationship between Telugu actor Varun Sandesh and his wife Vithika Sedhu stormed the internet recently. The news doing the round was that a frustrated Vithika had attempted suicide and was undergoing treatment at a private hospital in Hyderabad. However, she has now come to the forefront to clear the air. Putting a stop to the ongoing suicide rumours, Vithika took to social media and said that “everything is just a rumour”.
She took to micro-blogging site Twitter to quash the rumours and wrote, “Whatever the news is spreading around about us @iamvarunsandesh Everything is a just a rumor. We are doing great.”
She also tweeted that, “Catch me live on tv9 for all the clarifications”. “Right now I'm in NTV please watch it for all the clarifications. About the rumors”, she added.
Vithka also appeared on a television channel to clarify on the rumours, fresh reports suggest. Varun Sandesh and Vithika Sheru got married on 19 August 2016 in Hyderabad. The couple fell in love during the making of Paddanandi Premalo Mari. Varun Sandesh is popular for films like Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Happy Days’, ‘Kotha Bangaru Lokam’, and ‘Yemaindi Ee Vela’.
Celebrity suicide and death hoax is nothing new. Just recently, Shah Rukh Khan fell prey to the ongoing and disturbing trend. It all began when a French website reported that SRK died in a plane crash in Paris. Further, they also claimed that the France Civil Aviation had issued a statement condemning the death. Not only this, the website also said that the Raees star died a few hours after his daughter Suhaana’s birthday while travelling in a Gulfstream G550 Jet with his personal assistant and others.
