Looks like actors Sidharth Malhotra and Jacqueline Fernandez’s upcoming movie ‘Reloaded’ has landed itself in a problem. Reports in the media have it that because of budget constraints the International schedule of the movie has been shelved and now the movie will be shot in Mumbai. It could be said that ‘Reloaded’ is paying the consequences of ‘Bang Bang’ since the latter did not turn fruitful for the producers.

Directed by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, ‘Reloaded’ was supposed to be shot in Malaysia. When the makers did not get the kind of shooting subsidies they were eyeing, they switched the location to Thailand. But, now due to budget constraints, the shooting has been started in Mumbai.

‘Reloaded’ is the sequel of 2014 release ‘Bang Bang’ starring Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif. Apparently, the problems which ‘Reloaded’ is facing may have something to do with its predecessor going over in budget.

‘Bang Bang’ was shot in cities like Greece, Prague, Abu Dhabi which burnt a hole in the pockets of the production company Fox Star Hindi. Not only this, Hrithik was also said to hike his price by 50% before filming this Hindi remake of ‘Knight & Day’. The actor was said to be have had charged Rs 30 crore for the project.

This was definitely not a lucrative deal for the production house and looks like it is not ready to go over budget this time.

An insider form the movie told a leading daily that rehearsals for a few high-octane sequences will start this weekend. He said that there will be one car chase in which vehicles of both Sidharth Malhotra and Darshan Kumar will be stuck in buildings.

“After plans to shoot in Thailand fell through due to budgetary constraints, the team felt that Worli village was perfect location for the shoot,” the source was quoted.
