Actors Sushant Singh Rajput and Kriti Sanon’s upcoming film Raabta was being compared to filmmaker SS Rajamouli’s reincarnation saga Magadheera, ever since its trailer was released. Now, the makers of Ram Charan’s film are reportedly seeking an injunction against Raabta.

According to a tweet by Trade analyst Ramesh Bala, “BREAKING: #Maghadheera film makers go to court against #Raabta.. Seek an injunction against the film's release.. Story plagiarism charge..”

Ramesh has reported that the Hyderabad court has issued a notice to decide if Raabta should be allowed to release on June 9. The makers of Magadheera contented that Raabta has violated the copyright of their film and has copied its unique story and plot line.

The reaction of Raabta team on the same is still awaited. But, it seems the film has landed in trouble even before its release.

Released in 2009, Magadheera featured actors Ram Charan and Kajal Aggarwal in lead roles and became one of the successful movies of the year.

Just like Magadheera, Raabta also revolve around reincarnation story of two lovers. Directed by Dinesh Vijaqn, Raabta will feature Shushant and Kriti together for the first time on the silver screen. Jim Sarbh will be seen playing the role of an antagonist in the film. The movie is slated to release on June 9.
