Shilpa Shetty, the gorgeous actresses-turned-author of her recently penned book ‘The Great Indian Diet’, was in for quite a surprise when a roadside hawker happened to try and sell the book to the actress herself.
The diva who is a strong believer of healthy lifestyle, was passing by in her car in Mumbai when a hawker approached her at a traffic signal and tried to sell the book to the beautiful author herself.
When the book vendor realised whom he was selling the book to, he was completely taken aback. All that he could so was smile. And that big smile on his face said it all.
Mrs Kundra recalled the incident on her Instagram calling the book vendor’s reaction ‘priceless’.
She posted the picture of the book vendor all smiles on her Instagram account.
So this guy was trying to sell my book to Me! At the traffic signal. His reaction was priceless when he saw me ha ha ha #thegreatindiandiet #authorwoes #complimentary, she wrote on Instagram.
All we can say is that it was an extremely lucky day for this book vendor! Though we still don’t know whether she bought the book.
