Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan says she appreciates women coming out and speaking about harassment and believes everyone in the work space should feel safe. The actor says the women in the film industry want a secure work place and currently that is being addressed. "We are openly having discussion today. The fact that there are so many women, who have come out and spoken, that's a start. The fact is earlier people hadn't spoken for years," Kareena said.
"Today, people have come out and I really appreciate those women, who actually had the courage to stand up and talk and that is going to help all of us change our workplace and give us security," she added.
Kareena was speaking at the launch of Ishq 104.8 FM's show 'What Women Want', for which the actor has turned an RJ. Kareena said from the biggest star to the smallest, every one in the industry needs to be provided security.
"Whoever it is, big or small, it has to be safe. It doesn't matter whether you are the biggest superstar or the smallest, women have to be secure. And the most important thing is that we have to keep this momentum going. We have to keep the conversation alive and once we do that, a lot will change," she said.

After Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh break the internet with their gorgeous wedding pictures shared on Instagram, Bollywood’s desi girl Priyanka Chopra is all set to enter marital bliss with her wedding to American singer Nick Jonas on December 2. The duo is all set to tie the knot at Umaid Bhawan in Jodhpur but the reports suggest that it will not be the only wedding the duo will be having. Reportedly, Priyanka Chopra will exchange wedding vows with Nick Jonas on December 3 as well in a Christian ceremony.
As per a report in Mid-day, the couple will have two wedding ceremonies- on December 2, 2018 the Hindu ceremony will take place and on December 3, 2018 they will exchange vows in a Christian ceremony. Both the ceremonies will take place at the same venue. Also, the source has informed the publication that Nick Jonas will be performing to a medley of international songs and Bollywood chartbusters like Gallan Goodiyan and Pinga. He may even croon a Hindi song for Priyanka.
Priyanka Chopra, who is currently busy shooting for her upcoming Bollywood film The Sky Is Pink, has already begun with the preparations and is sending out laddoos to everyone. A her sangeet ceremony on November 28-29, not just Nick but Priyanka will also be seen dancing to her top Bollywood tracks. It is also said that the actress will wrap her film by November 25-26 and then join beau Nick Jonas in Jodhpur who will be present there beforehand brushing up her skills to perform at the ceremony.

This new show will be made on the lines of his previous shows and the construction of the set is in the process. Several reports have also suggested that Kapil's new show will go on air from December 23rd and Zero is set to hit the theatres on December 21st. A Mumbai Mirror report quoted a source as saying, "A new set is being built at Mumbai’s Film city studios for the shoot. The set will have houses and a marketplace where the various characters will interact."

Sunny Deol to start shooting for Rajkumar Santoshi's film next year
They have blockbusters like Ghayal, Damini and Ghatak to their credit and Sunny Deol is once again set to reunite with director Rajkumar Santoshi. The yet untitled project will go on floors next year. The actor said he can't talk much about the project at this stage but revealed it will be a powerful character driven film, like the duo's previous collaborations.
"We start the film around February-March next year and then finish it off. I can't give the space the film is set in but it's a complete story and is a character driven film, like we have done before. My character goes through a journey, and it's about that. I begin the film after wrapping up my son's debut," Sunny told PTI.
The actor is currently tied up directing his son's debut "Pal Pal Dil Ke Paas' and awaiting the release of his next, "Bhaiaji Superhit", scheduled to release on November 23.
