With just two weeks left for the premiere of the much awaited Bigg Boss 10, several names are doing the rounds about being the probable contestants of the show. And now the recent one to join the league is television actor Ssumier Pasricha.
Ssumier, who has been the recent internet sensation because of portraying a fictional character Pammi aunty, has reportedly been approached for the show, which will have Bollywood superstar Salman Khan as its host.
Pasricha’s character Pammi aunty happens to be a lively and loud Punjabi woman who giver her opinion on every day issues to her friend Sarla bhenji on telephone.
Pammi aunty has been acclaimed by millions and it is because of her popularity that Bigg Boss makers wants Ssumier Pasricha to enter the show.
Pasricha is currently seen portraying the Punjabi woman on the Colors’ ‘Comedy Nights Bachao Taaza’ which is co-hosted by Mona Singh and Krushna Abhishek. The actor is said to reprise the character in BB10.
While Ssumeir is yet to confirm the news about participating in the show, it would indeed be interesting to see Pammi aunty inside the Bigg Boss house, which is quite famous for rants and fights.
Interestingly, he is not the only television actor who has been speculated to be a part of BB season 10. Earlier, Arjit Taneja of ‘Kukum Bhagya’ fame and Rohan Mehra of ‘Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’ fame have been reported to quit their respective shows to contest in Bigg Boss 10.
Parth Samthaan, on the other hand, too was said to be entering the show, however, he rubbished the reports saying he was never approached for the show.
Bigg Boss 10 will be launched on October 16. The show will be telecasted on Monday-Friday at 10:30 pm.
