Sanchi by-poll result: Bhartiya Janta Party candidate and Madhya Pradesh Health Minister Dr. Prabhuram Choudhary won the Sanchi bypoll by 63,809 votes. With a margin of 63,809 votes, he defeated Congress' candidate Madanlal Choudhary. There were 15 candidates in the fray from the Sanchi assembly constituency out of which four were independent candidates.
