We all know what kind of hectic schedule a journalist has. One phone call and he/she has to rush to the spot. But, a Pakistani reporter went a step ahead when he covered his own wedding beyond the call of duty.

Appearing on-air in his wedding attire, the TV reporter covered the 'breaking news' and interviewed his father, wife, mother-in-law and even his own mother. Introducing the event, the reporter said that it is a special day for him and he is quite happy. He then interviews his father who thanks everyone for coming to the wedding ceremony. Then coming to his wife, he says that finally after 3-4 years of struggle, she accepted his proposal. During the interview, the reporter also said that he brought sports bikes and swanky cars for his wife. Watch the video below.

This was bizarre and soon after the video went viral, people started commenting on it. Twitter users had a field day mocking his 'journalism' and ethics of journalism. Here are some Twitter reaction

"My god. What's journalism coming to. What next? Reporters covering family circumcisions....." , a twitterati wrote.

"Only in Pakistan..a reporter covering his own wedding..interviews wife and father-in-law and appreciate his own wedding procession..is it ethical journalism??? #Hilarious" , another tweeted.

Some even wanted to give him reporter of the year award
