The Minister was expressing his views regarding appropriateness of dress in Indian culture, specially where to go in which dress. Addressing students at the concluding ceremony of foundation day of Maharana Pratap Siksha Parishad, Singh also emphasised on the incorporation of human values in the new generation.
Hailing the institution for preserving the Hindu culture, the Minister said that education should be linked with employment.
