New Delhi: Xolo has launched its latest Q-series smartphone, the Q900T, in India at Rs 11,999. The smartphone is the successor to the Xolo Q900.
The device comes with a a 4.7-inch HD (1280 x 720 pixels) IPS display at 312 ppi with 178-degree wide viewing angle and a 2.5 D edge-to-edge curved glass on the front.
The Xolo Q900T is powered by a 1.5 GHz quad-core MediaTek MT6589T processor with a PowerVR SGX544 GPU, and 1GB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean), similar to most of the Xolo phones.
It offers 4GB of inbuilt storage, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The device comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and BSI sensor, while there is a secondary 2-megapixel front-facing camera. The rear camera features scene detection and tuning, high dynamic, HDR, low light enhancement, face-recognition, vertical and horizontal, Panorama and Geo tagging options.
Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi, Micro-USB, and Bluetooth. The device gets its juice from a 1800mAh battery, which according to the official listing, delivers up to 15 hours of talk time and up to 367 hours of standby time on 2G network.
Earlier, Xolo introduced the successor to the Q1010, the Q1010i, with an improved camera sensor. The Xolo Q1010i was launched at a price of Rs. 13,499 in April.
