New Delhi: XOLO has launched a new Android smartphone, called 8X-1100, meant especially for gaming enthusiasts. The company has priced the device at Rs 14999.
Part of the company's new Play series of smartphones, the Xolo Play 8X-1100 comes with a a 5-inch (1080x1920 pixels) full-HD IPS display with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection. The smartphone is powered by a 1.7GHz octa-core (unspecified) processor coupled with 2GB of RAM and a 700MHz Mali 450 GPU.
It is a dual-SIM (GSM+GSM) device that runs Android 4.4 KitKat out-of-the-box.
Internal storage includes 16GB, which is further expandable via microSD card (up to 32GB). The handset comes with a 13-megapixel rear camera powered by Sony Exmor RS sensor and coupled with LED flash, and has a secondary 5-megapixel front-facing camera with BSI Sensor.
Connectivity options include 3G, GPRS/ EDGE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Micro-USB, OTG, NFC and Bluetooth options. The smartphone packs a 2100mAh battery and is available in White colour variant.
