Chinese mobile phone maker LeEco is expecting to rake in Rs 100 crore in sales from its one-day mega sale event ‘EPIC 919’ today.

The sale, which will be held simultaneously in China, India and the US, will see LeEco giving discounts and offers in partnership with companies like Uber and MakeMyTrip.

"The EPIC 919 SuperFans festival was phenomenally successful in China and we sold 500,000 Le Superphones in single day. We expect to see similar response in India this year... We should be able to clock about Rs 100 crore worth of sales in a single day," LeEco India COO Smart Devices Atul Jain said.

The offers – on smartphones and televisions – will be available for 24 hours starting midnight of September 19, 2016 on LeMall.com and Flipkart and LeEco will extend offers worth Rs 49.5 crore.

The Le 2 Anroid smartphone, which boasts a 5.5-inch display, 3GB RAM and 16-megapixel rear camera, will be available for Rs 11,999 on Flipkart, along with attractive offers worth up to Rs 11,100.

Similar offer of up to Rs 14,890 is available on Le Max2 and a flat discount of Rs 1,000 along with other benefits worth Rs 8,100 on Le 1s Eco smartphone.

The company is offering zero cost EMI for six months on Super X3 55 TV which will available for Rs 59,790. Moreover, it is offering a flat Rs 500 discount on bluetooth speakers and headphones.

The company gets about 10 per cent of its smartphone sales from offline route currently.

"This, we expect, will increase to 40-50 per cent by December 2017 as we expand the number of physical stores," he added.

LeEco has also sought FIPB approval for launching its own stores in the country.
