Udhampur attacks mastermind Abu Qasim gunned down in Kulgam

New Delhi: Mastermind of Udhampur attacks and top Lashkar-e-Taiba commander Abu Qasim was gunned down in Jammu and Kashmir's Kulgam district, media reports said.

Qasim was killed in an encounter between security personnel and militants in Khandipora area.

Qasim was the mastermind of June 2013 Udhampur attacks in which 8 Army jawans were killed.
