Relatives of the infant alleged that the ambulance, which was en-route to the hospital, was stuck in a massive traffic jam due to a cycle rally organised by Tanwar. The rally, Haryana Bachao Pariwartan Lao, was apparently led by Tanwar in Sonipat.
