India, Nepal working together for flood mitigation work on Bihar border: MEA

Ministry of External Affairs (MEA) commented over flood mitigation work on Bihar's Gandak barrage. MEA Spokesperson Anurag Srivastava said, "There is already an existing bilateral mechanism between India and Nepal.
