Delhi Police arrest rice puller scammers

With the arrest of accused Raj Kumar Saigal, Thakurdas Mondal, and Munna Lal, Crime Branch of Delhi police busted the Kolkata-based gang of cheaters, indulged in the "Rice Puller" scam. Accused persons formed many companies, all based in Kolkata, West Bengal. These alleged companies further made some brokers across India. The task of such brokers was to search potential parties and lure them to purchase their antique precious rare metal "Rice Puller".
