Be careful while arresting minorities: Shinde tells CMs

Ahead of the 2014 Lok Sabha elections, the Congress has begun wooing minority communities more aggressively. Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde said on Friday that he has asked all state Chief Ministers to be careful while arresting youth from the minority communities.
