Anand Mahindra, chairman of Mahindra Group, is known for inspiring and teaching people about various aspects of social life through his tweets. On Tuesday, he took to Twitter to urge people to keep indoor plants in order to maintain a healthy and fresh space. As a part of Mahindra Rise initiative, Anand Mahindra talked about the importance of indoor plants at their workplaces especially when the air is becoming more and more polluted with each day. He wrote, “This isn’t rocket science...most of you know these plants...but why not add one of them to your workspace today?’
Just like always, people flooded his tweets with praises and compliments for starting an eco-friendly drive. Many twitter users even shared the pictures of their workstations decorated with beautiful green plants. However, there was one user who had a query about keeping money plants in the office and Anand Mahindra’s sassy response made him a winner yet again. A twitter user asked, “Money Plant kaisa rahega sir?” to which he replied saying “Ussey aap ka jeb to bhar jaayega magar dil nahin! (With that your pockets might be full but not your heart).”
