Google Pixel 3 Lite and Pixel 3 Lite XL codenamed ‘sargo’ and ‘bonito’ have been rumoured for a few months now, but last week with the release of the Android Q beta it was reported that the phones will launch as Pixel 3a and Pixel 3a XL. Detailed specs of the phone have now surfaced online.
Google Pixel 3a specifications (rumoured)
The Pixel 3a is expected to come with a 5.6-inch (2220×1080 pixels) FHD+ OLED 18.5:9 display with 440 PPI and is said to be powered by the Octa-Core Snapdragon 670 10nm CPU with Adreno 615 GPU, backed with 4GB DDR4X RAM with 32GB / 64GB storage. The phone will get a fingerprint sensor at the back and will run in Android 9.0 (Pie).
It is said to come with a 12.2MP rear camera with dual LED flash and an 8MP wide-angle front camera. The phone is said to house a 3,000mAh (Pixel 3) battery with fast charging and will come with some connectivity options like 4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11ac (2.4/5 GHz), Bluetooth 5 LE, GPS and USB Type-C.
Google Pixel 3a XL specifications (rumoured)
The Google Pixel 3a XL is said to come with a 6-inch FHD+ OLED display and will be powered by an Octa-Core Snapdragon 710 10nm CPU with Adreno 616 GPU and 4GB DDR4X RAM with 32GB and 64GB storage.
Just the Pixel 3a, the phone is expected to come with a 12.2MP rear camera with dual LED flash and an 8MP wide-angle front camera. It is said to come with a fingerprint sensor at the back and house a 3,000mAh battery with fast charging.
Google is said to launch the new smartphones on Verizon by Spring 2019.
