New Delhi: Virendra Sehwag, former dashing India openers, while lauding the brilliant efforts of Virat Kohli against Pakistan Sunday,  is of the opinion that instead of showing verbal aggression he should display it with his bat on the field

Virat not only steadied the inning after early loss but went on to make 107 that helped India beat Pakistan in their opener. This is India's  sixth consecutive win in the World Cup over arch rival Pakistan.

“Virat need to mature and control his aggression as he is now a senior member of the squad,” said Sehwag as an expert on India TV's “Phir bano champion.”

Veeru, as he is popularly know, cautioned the Indian batsmen about depending too much on heroics of Kohli. “Indian batting revolves around Virat Kohli but he is not going to be  among the runs all the time as other batsmen too need to take responsibility and fire particularly Rohit, Dhoni and Jadeja.

“Pakistan can not handle the pressure and has the habit of getting panicked  after losing few wickets. Today's match became  a formality after they lost couple of wickets. Next match against South Africa will be a different ball game ”

Sehwag said South Africa have two world class bowlers in Dale Steyn and Morne Morkel who can be very devastating on bouncy and fast tracks of Australia. Upper order batsmen will have to see them off as other South African bowlers could be targeted later because they do not have much ODI experience.

Sehwag praised Dhoni for sending Suresh Raina up the order who too responded well by making 74 runs.
