Hobart, Australia: Australia won the toss and chose to bowl Friday in the tri-series one-day international against England at Bellerive Oval.

Steve Smith will captain Australia for the first time in one-day internationals in the absence of George Bailey, who is serving a one-match suspension for his second slow over-rate offence.

Shaun Marsh, Cameron White and Moises Henriques joined the Australia lineup in the absence of Bailey, Shane Watson and David Warner. Watson and Warner have both been rested with minor hamstring injuries.

England named the same lineup that beat India by nine wickets in Brisbane on Tuesday.
