Mumbai, Jan 10: Shiv Sena executive president Uddhav Thackeray Thursday demanded that India should "take revenge" from Pakistan for the brutal killing of its two soldiers near the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir two days ago.

In a statement here, Thackeray said that mere condemnation of the incident will no longer be of any use.

"Send the Indian military inside Pakistan and take revenge for this horrific incident. Only then will it be a tribute to the martyrdom of our soldiers," Thackeray demanded in the front page statement in Thursday morning's edition of Saamana, the party mouthpiece of which he is the editor.
