Narendra Modi  first offerred prayers at the Gorakhnath temple and after that he  headed to the rally venue i.e. Manbela.
 
The state government had made massive security arrangement for this rally especially in view of the fact that Modi  tops  the target list of terrorist groups.

According to police department, four superintendents of police (SP) rank officials, eight additional SPs and 13 deputy SPs were  deployed for supervising Modi rally.

This was Modi's sixth rally in UP. Before this rally, Modi had addressed rallies in Kanpur (Oct 19), Jhansi (Oct 25), Bahraich (Nov 8), Agra (Nov 21) and Varanasi (Dec 20).

On February 2, Modi will be addressing a rally in Meerut. The series of ‘Shankhnaad' rallies will culminate with a ‘Maha rally' in Lucknow on March 2.
