Depends on which language Pak understands, cricket, war or dialogue, says Salman Khursheed

New Delhi, Dec 2: External Affairs Minister Salman Khursheed has said any further movement in India-Pak ties depends on Pakistan taking action against the perpetrators of 26/11 Mumbai attacks.  Replying to questions by Rajat Sharma

Khursheed appealed to all Indians to speak in one voice over issues relating to Pakistan. "If we speak in different voices, our enemies will presume that we are weak. So we should have a united voice, and if anybody dares to attack, we will give them a befitting reply (moonh-tod jawaab dengey)."

Khursheed replied to questions relating to allegations against his NGO by activist Arvind Kejriwal.

Indirectly referring to Kejriwal, he said, "some mean (neech) person had levelled charges against us.  I don't know whether Kejriwal has ever helped a man to cross the road. He never did any good work  in his life. Let the Rs 200 crore defamation case and come up with tangible evidence."

Asked why he used the remark "naali ka keeda"  (filthy insect) for Kejriwal, Khursheed said: "If someone is a naali ka keeda, I will have to describe him so. And if he thinks he is a dengue spreading mosquito, then the NDMC (New Delhi Municipal Corpoation) will take care of such people."

On Congress remaining tight-lipped over the deteriorating law and order situation in UP, Khursheed said, "the people of Uttar Pradesh themselves elected this young man (Akhilesh Yadav) as chief minister. Let us give him some time."

Asked whether it was because the UPA is dependent on support from Mulayam Singh Yadav's Samajwadi Party, Khursheed said: " Whatever adjustments we have made (with SP) is legal, there is nothing illegal. As far as Mayawatiji is concerned, as leader of opposition, it's her right to criticise the UP government."

Aap Ki Adalat featuring Salman Khursheed was telecasted yesterday (Dec 1) on India TV at 10 pm, and today (Dec 1) at 10 am and 10 pm.
