Daring the authorities to take action against Gandhi for ”violation” of traffic rules, CPI(M) state secretary Pinarayi Vijayan said his acts amounted to “antics.”

Home Minister and Kerala PCC president Ramesh Chennithala retaliated, saying CPI(M) was scared by the rousing reception Gandhi received from the people of the state.

Chennithala, who was with Gandhi yesterday, also denied his action involved breach of traffic rules or there had been any security lapse during his visit.
