Writer Chetan Bhagat lashes out at AAP, says, snapdeals do not equal good governance

New Delhi: Popular writer Chetan Bhagat has lashed out at the Aam Aadmi Party government in Delhi for handing out sops in the form of 20,000 litres free water supply and huge subsidies on electricity

"Why were tariffs dropped before an audit revealed extent of overpricing, if at all? Can any pvt co be bullied and presumed guilty by govt?"

"Any government must take care of balancing the economy and welfare. Snapdeals do not equal good governance."

After a large number of  pro-AAP Twitterati lampooned Bhagat for making these remarks, the writer reacted: "Oh, there are AAP trolls too? So cute. Any slight criticism and I suddenly become stupid, ignorant and evil."
