Legal battles between actors have always made for a nasty end. The one going on between Hrithik Roshan and Kangana Ranaut is no exception. It all started with Kangana allegedly referring to Hrithik as her ‘silly ex’ opened up many controversies. Post her statement, Hrithik tweeted that he has more chances of having an affair with the Pope. The two then slapped each other with legal notices and the recent twist in the murkier battle came a few days ago. Kangana’s has alleged that Hrithik is leaking her private photographs and messages to a third party. In a letter to the Commissioner of Police, Mumbai, the ‘Queen’s’ lawyer asked the police to take appropriate action on the matter. In response, Hrithik’s lawyer said, “My client has not circulated any questionable pictures as alleged by Kangana Ranaut”. A news twist has come in the scuffle between Hrithik and Kangana, after a pic of the couple from 2014 party went viral. In the photo, ‘Krrish’ is seen embracing ‘Queen’ suggesting that they once had a relationship. While this photo had been presented by Kangana's side as a proof of their 'relationship', Hrithik’s legal team release several more pics from the same party clarifying that it was not a private affair. The party was attended by Hrithik’s ex-wife Sussanne as well. “In her desperation to prove that she had something to do with Hrithik Roshan, Kangana has done the unthinkable. She has used a distorted picture from a party to prove that point. In the same party Hrithik's ex wife Suzanne is there with whole lot of common friends. All of them are hugging each other and making a jovial group picture. A group picture has been zoomed on to give an impression that Kangana was in a personal relationship with Hrithik,” a source privy to the developments said.

As per the fresh allegations made by Hrithik Roshan in his legal notice, Hrithik alleged that Kangana has been ‘silently obsessing’ over Hrithik and ‘harassed’ him continually. He said, “The problem is that we don’t really believe that a woman can harass a man. It always has to be the other way round. Hrithik has practically no involvement in this at all. The relationship transpired between the identity thief and the lady in question who, when once was made aware, shockingly carried forward that email relationship to Hrithik’s real email id. That is when the harassment began and grew from private to public.”

Earlier, Hrithik Roshan, in his legal notice, has alleged that Kangana Ranaut is suffering from a mental disorder called Asperger’s syndrome. It is a development disorder characterized by significant difficulties in social interaction and nonverbal communication, which made her imagine things that don’t even exist To this Kangana retorted saying it is actually Hrithik himself who suffers from a mental disability.

Hrithik has also accused Kangana of sending him 1,439 emails senseless, personal and absurd. His lawyer also claimed that in the beginning she was unknowingly sending it to a Hrithik’s imposter. But as soon as she got hold of Hrithik’s real id, the actress bombarded him with these senseless mails. Kangana Ranaut vehemently rubbished the allegations, stating Hrithik himself had given her his personal id but was equally cautious that his divorce proceedings with Sussanne Roshan were not impacted. The ‘Queen’ actress also claimed that her name was getting linked with Hrithik even before he divorced his wife therefore a desperate effort was made by him to hide everything.

The ‘Bang Bang’ actor also claimed that Kangana has been chasing him, while Kangana’s lawyers states, “That she was invited to a private birthday party in January 2011 ‘with select guests’ establishes the fact that your client was not only professionally associated (with her) but was also personally close. And this was before she signed ‘Krrish 3’. She also attended your sister’s birthday party in January 2012.”

As per the legal notice, Hrithik’s lawyer also claims that the ‘Fashion’ actress has been bothering Hrithik’s father Rakesh Roshan. She allegedly called Roshan and asked him control his son Hrithik’s ‘unstable’ behaviour. The notice revealed, “You have misconstrued our client’s silence and dignity as a weakness and started being more and more impudent. You had the audacity to call his father and give him advice on how to handle his son, who, you said, is chasing you via mails and phone calls. His father also explained and conveyed to you that you had misunderstood the situation and that our client is not interested in you.”

After all this mess, Kangana Ranaut has issued a legal warning to Hrithik saying, “If he(Hrithik) circulates her emails, images and/or other material which your client willingly received in good faith from my client then upon such circumstances it shall be rightfully deemed that your client is wilfully seeking to not only defame her and issue unwarranted threats. These actions shall be taken “extremely seriously.” She will then have no option but to file criminal proceedings against your client, at his risk, costs and consequences.” The notice also asks Hrithik to withdraw his notice within seven days of receipt of the reply.

Now, the ‘Dhoom 2’ actor has issued a statement saying, “Anything private that becomes public gives rise to speculation and unnecessary controversies simply because the general public are not privy to the whole truth. Out of respect for everyone involved, I followed the legal path to resolve the matter in question so as to keep it private. It was a breach of ethics to reveal the contents of a private legal notice. Dignified silence is dignified up to a point, but there comes a time when the silence needs to be broken to protect one’s name, family and image.”

Soon came the statement by Kangana Ranaut’s lawyer that stated that Hrithik is simply lying. “How can he blame my client for all his own acts of commissions and omissions? He should have refrained from making absolutely false statements in his notice. He specifically claimed that he does not know my client socially at all. If that were the truth, then how was he attending my client's private birthday party with his entire family and my client was Hrithik attending his party besides his sister's and his father's birthday party as well. There is enough proof on public platform, which sufficiently proves that Mr. Hrithik Roshan's is lying.”
