Indian teacher fights for life after brutal attack in New Zealand
Melbourne: A 25-year-old Indian-origin teacher Tarun Asthana is fighting for life in New Zealand after being attacked outside a McDonald's outlet in central Auckland at the weekend.Detective Senior Sergeant Peter Florence said Tarun was punched
He is on life support in Auckland City Hospital. Florence said the alleged attacker had been in McDonald's with several other men and women and the group had left straight after the attack.
Tarun was on a night out with his friend Eddie when this attack took place.
