Hajipur, Aug 10: Three teens were killed when the motorcycle they were riding was hit by a speeding truck near Sindwari chowk under sadar police station area of Vaishali district yesterday, police said.
The teens, all brothers and aged between 12 to 16 were making a joy ride on their brother-in-law motorcycle when a speeding truck hit them, officer in-charge of sadar police station Sandeep Kumar said.
While one of them died on the spot two others died on way to hospital, he said.
The truck driver escaped from the scene with the vehicle, the officer in-charge said adding a search is on.
