Mumbai: The Government Railway Police in Kalyan on Thursday handed over a bag containing Rs 44,000 in cash to a passenger Pehlaj Kanhaiyalal Godhwani who was travelling by Nagpur-Kalyan Duronto Express.

Godhwani was travelling in an attendant AC2 coach number A3. He got down at Kalyan station, but forgot to take his bag containing cash.

 He immediately informed the GRP control room, after which the GRP at Chhattrapati Shivaji Terminus, Mumbai, searched the attendant coach and found the bag. The bag containing the cash was handed over to Godhwani.
