By Saturn's grace, an Indian village with no doors and zero crime

Mumbai: Shani Shingnapur  is a small village in Maharashtra  which attracts pilgrims who believe in the god Saturn or Shani.  More than 100,000 people visit this town annually. Shani Shignapur is  located in Ahmednagar District



It has a small shrine of Lord Shani (Saturn). The presiding deity of Shinganapur, Sri Shaneeshwara or Lord Shanidev- the personification of the planet Saturn is worshipped with utmost reverence and devotion by multitudes of people from all over the world.
