    Nagaland: Only 6 candidates file nominations so far; two more days left

    With two days left for filing of nomination for the February 27 Nagaland Assembly election, only six candidates of different political parties have submitted their papers so far, an official said on Sunday. Of the six, two are from the Nationalist Democratic Progressive Party (NDPP) and one from its ally BJP.

    3 dead, seven injured as SUV collides with motorcycles in UP's Sultanpur

    Three men died and seven more were injured when three motorcycles collided with an SUV here on Sunday, police said. The accident occurred in the Akhandnagar police station area in the afternoon when the SUV, which was being driven by a local Samajwadi Party leader, collided with three speeding two-wheelers coming from the opposite direction, they said.

    UP Police, Meta agreement saves 2 lives in a week in state
