ISC Result 2017: Class 12 Results declared at Cisce.org, 98.47 per cent students passed

The Council for Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) has announced the results for the Indian School Certificate (ISC) class XII exams 2017 today at around 3PM on its official website www.cisce.org, Apart from the official website, students can also check their results on Jagranjosh.com, Indiaresults.com and Examresults.net. The ISC Board exams were conducted between March 1 and April 26 this year. As per the Hindu, of the 73,633 students who took ISC examinations, 96.47% passed.

Kolkata student Ananya Maity is the class 12 topper with 99.5 percent, according to PTI.

Last year, as per Jagran Josh 96.46 percent of students passed out of the total 72,069 students who appeared for the exams. The CISCE had also agreed to scrap the “moderation marks” policy along with CBSE but it appears that the board will continue the grace marking, in line with the court ruling.

Last year, as many as 2.4 lakh students appeared for the ISCE, ISC exams, with passing percentage being approximately 98 and 96 percent respectively.

The Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CICSE) has offered Digi-Locker facility to its affiliated schools to store digitally signed certificates and marksheets for the first time.

  • It allows the user to store data in a government owned public cloud storage, where individuals can keep their documents, files or certificates.
  • The person is also able to download or share them online with various stakeholders as and when required and the storage space is linked to the Aadhaar of the user.

Last year, Aadya Maddi of Smt Lilavatibai Poddar High School scored the first position all over india in class 12 boards with 99.75 percent.

Steps to check the ISC class 12 results 2017:

  • Visit the official website for the board www.cisce.org
  • Click on the ‘ISC Results 2017’ section.
  • Enter your Unique ID, course and captcha
  • Download the result or click on the ‘Print Result’ button to get the print.
  • Keep a copy of the results for further reference.

Students can also get their results through SMS service on 09248082883. Student need to type his/her Unique ID in the following way, in the Message box:

‘ISC 1234567 (Seven Digit Unique ID)' and press the send option, soon he will receive his/her result.

The ICSE and ISC schools abroad recorded 100% pass.

Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE) is a national level, private, Board of School education in India that conducts the Indian Certificate of Secondary Education and the Indian School Certificate examinations for Class X and Class XII respectively. It was established in 1958 and registered as a Society under the Societies Registration Act (1860) in December 1967.
