JNU row: Umar Khalid rusticated for one semester, Kanhaiya fined Rs 10,000
New Delhi: In a firm step against the February 9 event, Jawaharlal Nehru University today rusticated Umar Khalid for one semester and imposed a fine of Rs 10,000 on JNUSU president Kanhaiya Kumar for violating disciplinary norms.
