New Delhi: The star-studded 61st edition of Filmfare Awards South took place at Nehru Stadium in Chennai last night where stars from four regional languages- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada were submerged under one roof

New Delhi: The star-studded 61st edition of Filmfare Awards South took place at Nehru Stadium in Chennai last night where stars from four regional languages- Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada were submerged under one roof to grace the event.

Kamal Hassan, AR Rahman, Dhanush, Mahesh Babu, Surya, Shruti Haasan, Tamannaah Bhatia among many others glittered at the prestigious award ceremony while Bollywood actress Rekha also marked her presence there.

The best performance in approximately ten categories were chosen and honoured at the award function which was hosted by Chinmayi and her husband Rahul.

Adharva took away the best actor award for Tamil film Paradesi while Nayantara was the best actress for her performance in Rajarani. Take a look the complete list of winners here.
