Slumdog Millionaire stars Freida Pinto and boyfriend Dev Patel  arrived together at the Toronto International Film Festival for the gala screening of Freida's latest film ‘You will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger” on Sunday, reports Mail Today.

While they may not be about to walk down the aisle just yet, the chemistry between Freida Pinto and Dev Patel certainly appears not to have lost any of its sheen.

The couple was inseparable on Sunday. Freida looked resplendent in a frilly black number which allowed the lithe actress to accentuate her toned legs while her slender neck was emphasised by both the dress's generous neckline and her flowing auburn curls.

But while Freida's photogenicity transfixed the crowd and the lenses at the event, the radiant actress had eyes only for Dev, who was looking dapper himself in a smart grey- black ensemble.

Earlier, Freida busied herself with the film's promotion — attending a conference with the film's director Woody Allen and posing for photographs while meandering around the Victoria's Secret Gifting Suite in the Four Seasons hotel.

While she looked beautiful in a black dress checquered with white polka dots, Freida seemed decidedly demure somehow. Perhaps she missed being held in her man's strong arms — something she got accustomed to while shooting for the film in London where Dev lives.

She couldn't stop smiling, though, when Dev couldn't keep his hands off her — no doubt the reaction intended by Freida's makeover for their red carpet stroll.

Freida may have sported two glittering fistfuls of rings for her evening with Dev, but exactly when she will receive a dazzler for the only finger that really matters is anyone's guess.
