The flick's performance is enormous considering no major names being tagged to it. It has already surpassed the lifetime collection of ‘Main Tera Hero', ‘Heropanti' and Queen which have earned Rs 55 cr, Rs 53.40 cr and Rs 61 cr respectively.

The Mohit Suri's directorial has also beaten Sajid Khan's Humshakals which is still running and has grossed over Rs 61 cr till now.

And now it's eyeing on other biggies like Gunday, 2 States, Holiday and last but not the least Jai Ho, which looks accomplished.

Ek Villain first week is expected to end up with around Rs 75 cr collection and the next week will mostly depend upon the newer releases namely ‘Bobby Jasoos' starring Vidya Balan and ‘Lekar Hum Deewana Dil' featuring Armaan Jain and Deeksha.

Obviously the screen count is going to get diminished but despite that considering the pace with which it's sailing at box office, the milestone can be achieved.

Stars' performances and impeccable music are considered to be the winning formula particularly Riteish's surprise negative act, which has proved him as a versatile actor.

His upcoming is a Marathi flick ‘Lai Bhaari'. The flick is out and out masala entertainer and is expected to add another feather to his cap.
