Mumbai: Actor Arjun Kapoor is caught in a dilemma! Excruciating pain due to his wisdom tooth is to be blamed.

"To extract or not to extract that is the question!!! My wisdom tooth that is...painful couple of nights...think it's time to make a decision," Arjun tweeted.
