Definition of love, motivation and fears: Alia tells lesser known stuff about her ‘zindagi’

Actress Alia Bhatt said that she loves her ‘zindagi’ and wouldn’t want to undo anything in it, at a Twitter ‘Ask me anything’ session today. The young actress, who is gearing up for the release of her movie ‘Dear Zindagi’ was seen in her candid best during the session.

As soon as Alia announced that she would be taking questions, #AskAliaAboutZindagi, became a top trend. Her fans from around the globe asked questions about everything from her fears to what keeps her going, from how she would define love to how she likes to spend her time.

Keeping true to the fan’s expectations, Alia did not disappoint and answered as many queries as she could.

It was during this session that Alia revealed that she is scared of the dark and failure.

When one Twitter user asked how she would define love, she said no one could. Alia added that everyone has their own definitions for the feeling and it also keeps changing.

When Alia was asked how she dealt with people speaking crass about her, she said that everyone is entitled to have an opinion. She said that the only way out of it is to not keep spreading positivity.

In the session, Alia was asked to tell who she loves the most between her parents and her cats. On this, she said she would choose her pets and added that her parents would not have a problem with it.

Speaking about her favourite Shah Rukh Khan movie, Alia first named ‘Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’, then ‘Dilwale Dulhaniya Le Jaayenge’, ‘Chak De! India’ and finally ‘Dear Zindagi’.

Alia also revealed that her character in ‘Dear Zindagi’ Kaira is very impulsive, a characteristic that she both loves and hates. 

Directed by Gauri Shinde, ‘Dear Zindagi’ has Alia in role of a young filmmaker.
