At a time when everyone is going gaga over Baahubali 2, Dangal is giving a tough competition to SS Rajamouli film. The Aamir Khan starrer film has been re-released in China and, it is creating waves in the nation.

Baahubali: The Conclusion has crossed the coveted Rs 1000-crore mark worldwide. However, Dangal is not far behind.

Dangal’s China release China has resulted in a stupendous response to the film. And, suddenly the film has come up as a new challenger to Baahubali at the box office.

Up until Tuesday, Dangal collected Rs 121.73 crore worldwide. This makes the global box-office collection of the Aamir Khan starrer Rs 867 crore. 

Trade analysts have predicted that Dangal will soon enter Rs 900 crore club at the global box-office.

On the other hand, Baahubali which was made on a budget of Rs 250 crore, has charmed audiences all across India and the world. 

The film has earned $ 17.2 million (Rs 111 crore) at the US box office up till now and it is no mood of stopping its box-office express. Back home, Baahubali 2 will soon cross the Rs 400-crore mark in net box-office collections.

 

Celebrities can’t stop appreciating the cast for their hard work. In fact, latest reports suggested that Prabhas was sleepless for almost 48 hours post film’s release as he was busy replying to congratulatory messages.

Directed by SS Rajamouli, Baahubali: The Conclusion features Rana Daggubati, Anushka Shetty, Tamannaah Bhatia, Sathyaraj and Ramya Krishnan in pivotal roles.
