Micromax is all set to launch Yu Yureka's successor, Yu Yuphoria, in India today. Though there is not much information about the phone reports suggest that it may carry a lesser price tag than the Yureka and attractive specs.

The company has released two teaser videos. In the first one, a user drops the device on the floor. Following it, someone utters, “the Yuphoria is fine” before the camera is pointed towards the floor which has a broken tile to imply that the device actually broke it.

In the second one, while playing music on the phone, hairs of a lady sitting opposite to him, fly all over the place. Both these teasers seem to convince people about the built quality and sound of the device.

Yu Yuphoria is said to come packed with a 64-bit processor, 2GB RAM and 16 GB of in-built memory. The handset will certainly have the latest Cyanogen operating system built on the Android Lollipop OS.

The device will be available through flash sale only. Reportedly, Amazon.in was allowing interested users to sign up for updates on the availability of the smartphone but at the time of writing it was not available.

A smartphone comparison website Smartprix has revelaed the detailed specification of the Yu Yuphoria. As per the listing, the phone has dual SIM but offers 3G only. It has a 5.5 inche 720 x 1280 px display, 2G RAM, 16 GB inbuilt memory with support for micro-SD card, 13 MP Camera with flash, Android v5.0, and 2540 mAH Battery.

With the regular connectivity options, the device will offer 4G LTE support and an HD or full HD display.

On the other hand, Micromax has announced that it has ended the legal tussle with OnePlus. OnePlus today announced that the cases have been withdrawn and the legal proceedings against the firm have been resolved through mutual consent.
