LG launches its Optimus G Pro in India

New Delhi, Jul 5: LG Electronics launched Optimus G Pro here today, at Rs 42,500 it is the latest edition of the Optimus series. The device is powered by 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 600 quad-core processor and has the latest Android version. The phone also has a display of 5.5 inch full HD. Its pixel density of 400 ppi is one of the highest in the market. LG Optimus G Pro comes with a 13 MP rear and 2.1 MP front Full HD camera. Both cameras can record video simultaneously and virtual reality panorama feature allows 360 degree viewving. The smartphone is equipped with 4G LTE and has a 2GB RAM with internal memory of 16 GB."Smartphone market in India is growing rapidly and there is a huge demand for big screen size mobile phones. The market size for 5 inch and above screens is expected to be 1.5 million units by end of 2013.
