New Delhi, Jan 10: The Cabinet Committee on Economic Affairs has given its nod for 10 per cent stake sale in Engineers India Ltd. The follow-on public offer will garner about Rs 800 crore.

The government currently holds 80.40 per cent in the company. So far, the Government has approved disinvestment in 11 companies.
