The three-judge bench of the Supreme Court, constituted by CJI HL Dattu, will today decide the fate of 1993 Mumbai serial blast death row convict Yakub Memon.
The bench was formed yesterday after two-judge bench of justices Anil R Dave and Kurian Joseph split on Yakub's plea seeking stay of his execution scheduled on July 30.
